RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervising projects on behalf of the managing contractor or the contract engineer, i.e. complete supervision over the process of performed works
- Designs verification, analysis and optimisation of adopted design solutions
- Reporting
- Documents verification
- Conducting meetings and drawing up protocols
- Controlling and coordinating the works schedules
- Quality assessment of performed works
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Specialized college/university degree
- Experience as a Supervision Inspector or a Construction Work Manager of at least 3 years on behalf of an Investor or a General Constructor
- Unlimited civil engineering and construction license
- membership in the Chamber of Civil Engineers
- Practical knowledge of construction laws and procedures related to construction investments
- Being a fluent user of MS Office applications
- Being a fluent user of AutoCad and similar software as well as the cost estimation software
- Driving license, category B
- Double unlimited construction license would be appreciated
- Design licence would be appreciated

- Unlimited Polish Electricians Association license for managing and supervising
- Membership in the Chamber of Civil Engineers
- Practical knowledge of construction laws and procedures related to construction investments
- Being a fluent user of MS Office applications
- Being a fluent user of AutoCad and similar software as well as the cost estimation software
- Driving license, category B
- Double unlimited construction license would be appreciated
